Built in the trenches, not the boardroom.

 I’ve never had a job I didn’t earn the hard way. I've sold door to door, poured drinks behind a bar, closed loans, flipped houses, and built a company from nothing into a team that serves clients across the country.

I became a father young. I figured out entrepreneurship the hard way, by doing it, failing at parts of it, and refusing to quit. My wife and I fought through years of challenges just to build the life we have now. Nothing was handed to us.

That's why I do what I do. I know what it's like to lie awake knowing that your next decision doesn't just affect you, it affects everyone who shows up to work for you and everyone waiting for them at home.

I've spent the last several years going deep into AI and automation, not as a spectator, but as a builder. I implement these tools inside my own company every day. When I advise clients, it's not theory from a whiteboard. It's from the same trenches they're standing in.

Questions I get asked a lot.

What industries do you work with?

Primarily service-based businesses: home services, real estate, coaching, consulting, healthcare practices, agencies, and similar. If you have a team, serve customers, and want to grow smarter, we should talk.

What's the difference between Consult and Fractional?

Consult means I advise and you execute. I'm in your corner but your team does the work. Fractional means I'm embedded in your business part-time, leading your team, attending meetings, and owning outcomes. Think of it as renting a senior executive instead of hiring one.

How long is a typical engagement?

Consulting engagements are flexible and can range from a single strategy session to ongoing monthly advisory. Fractional engagements typically run  3 to 6 months minimum because real change takes time. We'll discuss what makes sense on our first call.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

Not at all. Most of my clients aren't technical. My job is to translate the complexity into clear decisions and actions your team can execute. You don't need to understand the tools. You need to understand the outcomes.

How does the MPower implementation work?

If you're a consulting or fractional client and you need hands-on execution (AI agents, automation builds, marketing, creative, call center), my agency MPower handles it at preferred pricing. You get strategy and execution under one relationship instead of managing multiple vendors.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, the engagement model, and what you need. I don't publish pricing because every business is different and I'd rather give you an honest recommendation than force-fit a package. Fill out the form and we'll talk through it on a call.

What if we're not a good fit?

I'll tell you. I'd rather turn down work than take on a client I can't help. If I'm not the right person, I'll point you in a better direction.
